Permissions Policy
Millennium Medical Publishing grants permission for the reuse of tables and figures by physicians in most cases. We do not grant permissions to medical communications, medical education, or pharmaceutical companies at this time. A credit line must be printed along with the copyrighted material, such as: “Reproduced with permission from the publisher from Olmos D, Castro E. BRCA mutations in prostate cancer patients. Clin Adv Hematol Oncol. 2013;11(9):598-599.”
To obtain permission, please send an e-mail to info@clinicaladvances.com that includes the following information:
• Author, article title, journal name, year, month of publication, number (eg, Table 2, Figure 1), and page number of the table or figure that is being requested
• Whether the requestor wants to modify the content
• The name of the person requesting permission
• Complete information about where the table or figure will appear (eg, reprint content in a newsletter, book, or journal; author name, article title, publication name, projected date of publication; online, print, or both; domestically, internationally, or both)
• Number of times the content will be used or reprinted
